Classes are open for registration and enrollment for this 09 Summer.
Courses presented will be: Beginners Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Basic
Computer Comprehension, and Adobe Photoshop.
*Microsoft Offce Certified Instructor and 15 years of Graphic Design
experience.
Photoshop Class (Beginner Basics):
Will teach the basics of opening, working on, and saving, a document.
Photoshop is a Multi-Level Program and cannot be learned "overnight".
We will teach you all the uses of the program, along with a thorough
explanation
of Tools and Shortcuts for Photoshop. Once basics are covered after 2 classes,
students will be able to work on their first assignment, Photo
Retouching.
The Photo Retouching 3rd and final class is 2 hours long
and is for those student which pass the first 2 classes. At the very
least,
you will learn the uses of Photoshop, its Tools and Shortcuts, and how to begin work
and save a document. The Bonus of Photo Retouching is a
unique skill that will help
you for the rest of your life, so are the rest!
Microsoft Office Excel Classes: There's no need to express the
importance of
knowing how to operate and run Microsoft Excel. Almost 90% of
companies
use it for data storage, info analysis, book keeping, worksheets, and
customizing company spreadsheets. The class will teach you all the
basics,
from formatting Worksheets & Workbooks to Analysis, Charting, and
working
with large worksheets and workbooks. We will teach the basics in 4
classes,
each with its own individual Project and Task to be completed by the
student, for next-level admittance.
Microsoft Office Word Basics: There are not many people who do
not know
how to use Word, but for those few that are out there, this class is for you.
We will take you on an extensive journey into the World of Word.
Three classes
with 3 individual projects will teach you everything like- formatting
paragraphs,
inserting clip art, saving & printing, using header to number pages,
typing
the body of a research paper, adding footnotes, creating a Resume,
letterhead, and cover letter.
What You Should Know
Online webinars will be conducted promptly at the time scheduled.
If you cannot make the class, the payments are
still good for 2 more times.
However, once scheduled, that will count as one time.
Students get 3 chances to miss the
class. If you miss the class 3 times, you are out, and will have to
sign up again!
ALL classes will be Online. We will teach you how you will
communicate
LIVE with your instructor, and join a chat room or Live Online
Conference specifically
for each class. We cannot reveal the way we conduct the class here,
as it is not important at this point. However we can be clear
and let you
know, if you have an internet connection of DSL or Higher, you can
download the program (FREE) that will allow you to talk live and take
the class with your group. Instructions are given.
Online Webinars are the way to go, with all the busy daily stresses
and hardly no time to go to school, taking these
classes is the right decision. Some students prefer the comfort of
their homes to a crowded public classroom with strangers.
